John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. ~ There is preservation in love. When we choose to walk in love and we choose to allow the love of Christ govern us, it should change the way we live, what we say, and the way we act. Keeping His commandments and choosing to walk in love requires decision and action. Love is a fruit that manifests out of being. But during the process of the fruit maturing, there are times where we have to choose to die to self and refuse to allow ourselves to respond out of our old nature and our old identity. We have to allow the new man, the renewed mind, to rise up within us and respond in ways that are pleasing to the Father. As we continue to do this, that’s when transformation begins to happen and we are changed more into his image; from glory to glory, bearing more fruit in the process.
