In our Christian walk we encounter many opportunities to use our faith. As we set our face to seek the Lord, there are times where we come into trials and tribulations. There are times where we come to places and obstacles that need navigated through and wars and battles that need fought. Many times in the midst of God’s will, we find our biggest faith challenges. But David said in Psalm 27:5-6 For in the times of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me: he shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy: I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto The Lord. ~ God will speak a word to us, give us a promise and that is the rock upon which we stand. We hold fast to that promise and it causes our enemies to be defeated, it will cause circumstances to change, and it will cause provision to come forth. We just have to stand and patiently wait on the Lord to bring forth the promise. It’s through faith and patience that we inherit the promise and that we please God. Our God is a big God who is moving on our behalf. Let’s believe to see the salvation and goodness of the Lord. Let’s fill our mouths with his praise and have a thankful heart towards him for all that he is doing. He will not fail us!
