John 10:17-18 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. ~ With the command, with the call, with the promise comes the power, the grace, and the ability to fulfill it. Every word of God has in it the power to be manifested. That power is unlocked by us mixing faith with the promise. Heb 4:2 tells us that the word of God preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith. If we don’t mix our faith with what God has said concerning our lives, we will never see the full manifestation of his intention for our lives. Does this make God unfaithful? Absolutely not. Without faith, it is impossible to please God and it is impossible to receive from God. God has given every man the measure of faith. He has given every person the same ability and the same right to be partakers of his promise. We are the ones who determine if we partake or not. If we mix faith with the promise, we will see it manifested. If we don’t mix faith with it, we will never unlock the power and the ability of that promise to be manifested in our lives. Faith is being fully persuaded that God will do what he has promised. Our faith is not based on our ability, our wisdom, or our strength. If we want to partake of the promise, we must be fully persuaded that God will do it. We must recognize what God has said about us and embrace it for what it is ~ truth. God’s word is absolute truth, no matter what the circumstances say. And if we will mix faith with the truth, we will see our circumstance come into alignment with the promise.
What has God said about you? Are you mixing faith with what he said or are you looking at your own faults, failures, and shortcomings doubting that God could do that with you?? Today, let’s unlock the grace, the power, and the ability in the promise by believing God to do what he has promised. #riseupandrecognize
