James 1:3-4 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. ~The trying of our faith puts patience to work. Patience is hopeful, cheerful endurance. It’s consistency and a constancy until victory is won. When we are willing to endure the process, it brings us into a perfection process that God uses to make us whole, lacking nothing. This means that we will never be destitute. We will never be without what is needed.
When we patiently endure, we will win the crown of life. We will be declared a champion and be crowned with the reward of victory, power, and glory. It’s in the patient endurance that character is built and that we are changed from glory to glory. It’s when we endure the process that we are empowered to help others. We can encourage people and help people navigate through the challenges that they face in their lives. Let’s be people who patiently endures the trying of our faith. Let’s be changed forever. Let’s be a people whom The Lord can crown with the crown of life that we can be vessels of honor that The Lord can use to set people free, to help them, and to impart into them the things that we have been given. Let’s not be idle or ineffective in the Kingdom but let’s patiently endure knowing that God is moving on our behalf.
